Individual Therapy
Therapy here is focused, relational, and grounded in real life—not idealized versions of it.
I work primarily with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and struggling with the weight of responsibility, burnout, addiction recovery, moral injury, or major life transitions. Many of my clients work in caregiving, healthcare, or service-oriented roles and find themselves carrying more than they can sustainably hold.
My approach integrates:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Motivational Interviewing
Trauma-informed care
A strengths-based, systems-aware perspective
Therapy is collaborative and practical. We work toward insight, yes—but also toward function, agency, and sustainable change.
Therapy may be a good fit if you:
Feel burned out, disillusioned, or stuck despite “doing the right things”
Are navigating recovery, identity shifts, or major life decisions
Want honest reflection without judgment or platitudes
Value depth, accountability, and clarity
Therapy may not be a good fit if you:
Are seeking quick reassurance or surface-level coping tools
Prefer a highly structured, worksheet-driven approach only
Are looking for crisis-level or intensive services beyond the scope of outpatient care
